webquest

Hello classmates! well this week is about webquest wich it  is a learning tool., where students become responsible of their own learning.

webquest are activities, using the internet resources wich encourage  students to use higher spectative in order to to solve a real messy problem. I can state that it is a really good guide for students, we as teachers we have to motivated our students in using webquest, well what  I understand  is that we have to have to give them the task, obviously we are going to use good information.

At frist we are going to guve the links but then thay are going to do it by themself wich is a good idea because the learners becomes more autonomous. well like everythig it's has advantages and disadvantages.

sometimes they could have difficulties with the instruction, we need to be really specific.
but i think that we have more advantages because onece you have made you webquest your work is done!(for teachers) awsome!

WebQuests also require that students have a certain level of reading ability, unless one is careful to find highly visual sites or has an adult available who is willing to read the screens to the students. This means it's harder to create a good WebQuest for children younger than the third grade or for those with language or reading difficulties. Again, these limitations can be overcome by paying special attention in your design of group work, but it is a harder fit. This a  big disadvantage you have to be careful with that.

 Also, WebQuests can also help students meet standards focused on critical-thinking and analysis skills, and may be particularly useful for social studies and science. By using multimedia, WebQuests also help with multiple intelligence work. Alternative kinds of assessment can be used to judge the results of WebQuest projects. And, obviously, WebQuests are one way to use the Internet in education.

WebQuests are tools, not educational theories, so they can be used in virtually any classroom with appropriate computer access.

Self assesment

Hello everybody!

This week we learnt how to make more learning than teaching. I really like it although I thought it might be quite difficult.

However, I discovered it is about involving the kids more in the class, using their culture and topics that encourage them to keep on practicing and practing so they can learn a second language, in this case English.

Also, this helps not to make students depend on their teachers, but in their own, although the teacher in the end has to manage the class.

It helps you to improve your pronunciation. In my personal opinion, I hink that help us  a lot, because we as a futere teacher we need to be update, and pronunciation is part of it, ofcourse, the other skill are important too..
so this web site has everything included it!! awsome... you can use it with your students! and also it has online courses for teacher, you guys should give alook!


In the other hand, this week I learn  the advantages and the disadvantages that a teacher could have of given a class online!

and also the benefits that the internet have, and how we as futures teacher could applied it to our students. these materiali really hepful for us.

I think, that is has helped me to clarify some doubts about  to manage a class.

tth exercice is the type o f  a 3 levalmiddle school boy. about 14 and 15yares,thes epaga is eally good because you lear to pronunce each word.

• Speaking

About, speaking. I have never tried to improve it on line, as it takes some effort I guess, but with the links the teacher send us, I can say I liked "the art od story telling". It's a very simple wat to improve my speaking skills, not just for me, but for my future students as well. It only takes a few minutes to record what you want to say and send it; moreover, you learn about culture.

well, visitors!
these week we check out some lesson plans that we could actually use in  future,or we could have an idea of how we should plan ours, or why not, get some ideas from there.

And we have to read some articles, and the first that i read was developing listening skills, in my personal opinion is was really interesting, because all that it said there is true.
you see in the article metioned it that listening is very important but in ths case teachers don´t care about and only that they care is about speaking, but they hadn´t realize, that we actually listen more than speaking, I could said that that reading was favorite one.

Did, i mentioned taht i read2,if not, the second one was about pronunciation.And it was also good because sometimes when you don´t kow to pronunce a word and the teacher does not have tiem for you guys, you don´t need to depend from them.these web site will help you guys to improve their  english.

hello everyone!

well this week like the others we learn something new even, though delicious is not a new topic and I think that all of you have been discovering new things about delicious and the more you learn the more interesting it gets, don´t you think guys?



well we actually mentioned it what are the disanvantage wich i think there is one, althoug not academical,but I think, I don´t know, if I´m wrong please correct me, well the disavantages is that we cannot makes changes in our delicious such as putting colors and imagenes. but is not a big deal :)

however we also mention what the advantages are, which you all ready know it too, at least that´s what I think.

I´m facinated with delecious for three reason and I think that are  the most important ones.



First you could store your links

Second,you could use it with your students and provide them good informartion.

Thirdly,it helps me to remmember and not to forget my links.

Hello, everyone.

 Well this week it was really interesting for me, because now I know how to bookmark the links that sometimes I forget and for now on it won't be a problem anymore!
I really like this website (delicious) it is very helpful tool and  I think that I´m not the only one, you guys like it too, I am facinated with delicious as said before it would keep my links save! and  not only that, I could also  share my links with you, isn´t it amazing?

In a future I could use it with my students for sharing academics links where I can assign them homework, well now I can state that delicious is favorite website

This week was amazing for me and I hink for all my partners, I learn the importances of web pages  where you can look up for the best information (the browsers). And wich are the best browsers you should use; It is really neccesary to know how to give a better use to the internet and academical browser is way for that, honestly I didn´t know the browser that my classmate mentioned it, now i have reference what to use in order to look up for information.
